I am facing stuffy nose from last 10 day and without otrivin nasal drip unable to sleep.please advise

Consult ENT doctor in person to rule out any mass or tissue enlargement inside nose. Donot use Otrivin more than a week that itself will increase tissue size inside if used for long.
