Cold from last three days
Hi doctor , I'm having cold from last three days and temperature fluctuating 99-100. Having little body ache and no energy to do anything.
Nose is blocking at nights . I'm having paracetamol twice a day and steaming still problem persists.

Please get your Blood CBC and Dengue serological diagnosis tests done. Consult with a General Physician on Practo.
These days all chills and cold should be considered as Dengue or Malaria unless proved otherwise.

You have suffering from Viral fever.Take tablet Dolo sos if fever or headache present.Take steam inhalation.Otrivin nasal drop twice a day and sos if nasal block.
Drink lots of oral fluids~3litre per day to maintain hydration.
Take bed rest. Have good diet.
You will recover soon.
