I have this cold feet problem since childhood. During winters, it gets unbearable. It even causes swelling and tingling sensations at times.
I do exercises and go for jogging as well but even that doesn't seems to help much. I have tried Wearing socks and hot water but I need a permanent solution now.
Can you please guide me about the probable cause for this? And what course of treatment should I follow.
