Cold, cough and running nose
Please prescribe medicine for 3 year old kid having cold, cough, nose blockage. Had a previous history of hospitalization for severe wheezing

Give anti allergic like cetrizine and bronchodilator like levoline. As the baby is already having history of hospitalization due to severe wheezing, better to get him to the doctor to get it checked to avoid repeat episode

Give the child Syp levocet or Syp maxtra for cold and nose blockage and Syp chericoff ls for cough. You have to get the child examined by a paediatrician for wheezing
