Cold Cough and fever
My daughter is 4years old..weight is 16.50kg...she is suffering from fever cough and cold...doctor gave her moxclav ds ..and levoline plus syrup..I am only giving her moxclav ds...should I give her levoline plus cough syrup also...? Will this syrup help her to cough out the phlegum...act as expectorant? Or should I continue with antibiotic only...?plz suggest..if yes...then how much and how long should I give it to her..?

Based on the symptoms, the Pediatrician has prescribed these two medications. If she has cough please give it to her at the prescribed dosage that the Paediatrician has given. You are only giving her an antibiotic and not the cough syrup. That will not be enough to relieve the cough of fever Levolin plus thins the mucus and acts as an exoectorant as well.
