  4. Cold, Cough and Fever in one year child.

Cold,Cough and Fever in one year child
My one year child suffering with cough,cold and fever (101-103).After counsultation with pediatriation and paracetamol and ibugesic dose for two days fever gone. But after 48 hours again fever come (102.) Is this common in viral fever.Should we again visit to doctor.please suggest.

Check CBC,CRP blood report. Start antibiotics according
