What is cold compresses.as doctor suggest me take cold compresses and also said to blink eyes a lotto remove headache. ans please suggest me to any lubricant eyedrop.

Hello A.  Cold compresses means dip some cotton in cold water and keep that on your eyes.... This will relax your eyes B.  You may use refresh tears as lubricating eyedrop C. You may relax and take sound sleep If headache is not relieved then consult your local ophthalmologist
