Cold blisters
Hi ,
I get cold blister HSV1 virus outbreaks sometiems occasionally mostly near lips. Could anyone tell me what would be the permanent treatment from preventing it in future. I gone thru few prescription like valnext to take , but will it be a permanent solutions if so how many days shuld I need to take tat.

Herpes simplex virus infection is a life long infection. It can't be cured. Active disease is treated with antiviral medicines. However, if relapses are very frequent and bothersome, prophylactic therapy is given to prevent relapses.
