My husband frequently suffers from cold infection.. Usually he ll take citrazin, which I personally don't like.. Could you please suggest me

Cetrizine is helpful if it's allergic rhinitis. What are his symptoms? Does he get any fever or cough at the same time? Advised to consult me in practo for further discussion
