Hello welcome to practo.com,as in first trimaster there is development of fetal organs so we have limited medicines,you can take Dolopar 500 mg twice a day for 5 days,tab cepodem 200 mg twice a day for 5 days ,and drink ginger and lemon tea three times a day.
