Children below 5 years usually catch cold easily. Give sithphaladi choorna 0.25gms with honey twice daily. almond oil 8 drops with 20ml of milk twice daily for 2 weeks it will reduce

Please make sure you do not overfeed your child during cold, as their digestion capacity is not up to the mark during cold.. It may take long to get rid of cold if you overfeed them.. Give them water which is boiled and reduced to half the quantity for drinking.. Give rajanyaadi choornam 0.25 gm with honey thrice a day..
