  4. Cold and fever. Is 99. 4 stable?

Prescribe some syrup for it..im giving Solvin cold syrup 2ml for him now.. Temperature is 99.4 stable

Solving cold is good,if he is 2 yrs old give 3.5 ml twice a day,for fever give crocin or calpol.
