Maam please consult. Usually such syrups are not recommended below 6 months age unless there are finding on examination. If there is cold and congestion try giving saline nasal drops per nasally.. And please dont self medicate such a small baby

T mimic contains phenylephrine, which is not safe for the baby.
Instead give Cetrizine.
