My son is 1 year old. He is suffering from cold and cough. Which liquid we should use in nebulizer?

If mild,just give steam inhalations 5-6 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness,consult your paediatrician asap.
