Cold and cough
My daughter ,she is of 11months old and her weight 7.9kg. Now she is suffering from cold and cough from two days. I given T-minic drops and p-120 syrup. As her nose was getting block I started levolin 0.31mg nebulizer. Could you please suggest anything else I need to do as I can make her free from cold.

Saline nasal drops only will be my advise. Levolin nebulisation is for wheeze and lower airway issues. Below 2 years cold medications are not very useful or sometimes harmful. You can give steam inhalation of safety can be assured. You can give honey and lime in like warm water for cough
