Not to be given without Paediatrician consult. This medicine is to supress dry cough and dry nasal secretions, and we routinely don't suppress it. Nasal dryness can cause issues in small child so we avoid this medicine in most cases. Better to search cause which will be mostly viral illness.
Next Steps
If your baby's activity is good and accepting feeds well. No fever then no much need to worry. If fever, cough consult your Paediatrician

NS Nasal Drops for cold.
