Cold and cough
Hi doctor my son 1 half month old now since last 5 days he is suffering with cold somtimes cough also. Last week iam consult pediatrician he precribes nossal drops and asthakind p drops But its not cure till now he is cough sometimes and cold also please suggest me doctor

Hi,
Better not to give or try too many medicines for such a small baby. Most babies at this age won't need any medicine. Mostly baby must be having upper respiratory infection and running nose and cough secondary to that. It usually takes around 1 week to 10 days to subside. Continue same medicines and watch for any increased fast breathing or feeding difficulty. You will have to consult doctor if such danger signs develop. Take care.
