  4. Cold and cough for 10 days. 3 year old?

Cold and cough for 10 days
Hi, My son has a cold and cough for last 10 days and is being treated for a viral infection. He has a fever that ranges from 99 -100.5 which we are treating with calpol. Is it normal for infections to last this long in a 3 year old?
