Cold and cough and little fever
For 40days baby, she is suffering from cold, cough and little fever so plz suggest her any syrups, due to this lockdown we are not able to consult any doctors.

You baby is jus 40 days old with cold cough fever I would advice you to visit near by peditrician as early as possible.

if baby is lethargic ,has refusal to feeds it mandates visit to pediatrician

Check for temperature. If temperature is more than 100 F, you should visit nearest paediatrician. For cold use nasoclear drops 4 hourly.
