Steam inhalation and warm saline gargle 3 times a day is advisable. You can take lozenges for throat irritation. Cetrizine 10mg can be taken safely during lactation. Additionally, you can also take vitamin C tablet once a day.
Keep yourself hydrated and take high protein diet.
If there is high grade fever, difficulty in breathing, chest discomfort or any other problem, consultation is advised.
