Cold & different smell
Hi, for past 2-3 mnths i am experincing a prob, tat is, i having a little headache & cold, i tried to get relief by taking medicines but no improvement, when i try to blow my nose, flum is not coming out & it stays in inside my nose, also i feel a different smell frm my nose, is this a big problem or any disease?

Dear Freind,
From the symptoms you described you seem to be suffering from chronic sinusitis. I suggest you do steam inhalation twice a day followed by pranayam. Do this for three weeks, if you still do not get adequate relief please see an ENT surgeon.
