Cold & Cough problem for infant child

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My son 1.5 months old is having a bit of cold & cough due to the changing weather,looking for any medicine recommendation .Doctor had suggested crocin drops during vaccination time but that is only if fever comes .What medicine can be given for cold & cough cure ?

Usually for a 1.5 month baby is ok with nasoclear nasal drop .. nothing extra should be given . if baby is vomiting with cough or feeding altered then only medicine , pls wait for 3-4 days .. it will subside .. if not contact me .
