Cold & Cough
My 7 months old son weight 10 Kg is suffering from severe cold and cough from last 3 days. While sleeping he coughs a lot and can't sleep but in day he coughs quite frequently. He is also having running nose. Please advise if neutralization can be given for quick relief and the additional medication. Thanks !!

Give him syrup .Ambrolite-D+ 1.5 ml morning and night and syrup.Relent+ 1ml morning and night , nasoclear Nasal drops for nose block . If he gets fever give paracetamol.
