Coffee related bloating
Hi. I usually drink coffee on an empty stomach to start my very busy day and have been facing bad bloating, gassiness and acidic burps. I started taking RB HOF DSR. It works well on days that I don't drink coffee and obviously I can't do without coffee in the corporate world as I need to power my days through. Any advice if this more treatment?

Kindly take plenty of luke warm water Avoid junk food fast food fried food and avoid caffeinated drinks like tea. Coffee and soft drinks Take as much as home made healthy food, 15mins slow walk after each meal, Do not skip your meals, maintain a regular sleep and wakeup cycle Do not drink or smoke or stay up late Do not lie down immediately after having food atleast for 1-2 hrs Take buttermilk after each meal, you can stop taking buttermilk if you develop acidity or other IBS symptoms Wish you a speedy recovery, get well soon.
