Cluster migraine headaches
Headache triggers on one side of head with cold and then persist for 3 to 4 days, nimesulide didn't even help. Please suggest

Hi. As per your history it seems like Migraine though other causes has to be ruled out. Till then you can take this for pain Tab. Pan 40mg Tab. Naxdom 500mg Tab. Sibelium 10mg once a day
