Which cloths are good when children get fewer. Some say keep them warm let them sweat. Some say when temperature goes high remove their cloths.

Cotton clothes are best. Don't put on warm clothes unless they have shivering and ask for warm clothes and blanket

Hello,
During fever, light cotton clothes are required, heavy clothes make the body temperature higher which is not good for body.
Always wear cotton clothes with fever and don't use blanket,

Cotton clothes are best.. too heavy thick clothes will raise the temperature and cause false alarm of having fever
