3 weeks ago I had a natural miscarriage I'm still getting positive pregnancy test and the past few days I'm passing small blood clots but no period my HCG level was 20 last week I'm getting it rechecked today what could this be

Get done ultrasonography to know the abortion has completed or not.If not then contact to gynaecologist and discuss with her.May be you need surgical intervention or can try with medicine once.
