Clot in dorsal vein of penise

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am observing a clot kind of thing in one of the penis vein which remains visible even after the erection is gone from the last couple of months. On observing it feels as if there are hard clots within which blood gets trapped. No pain though so far. Picture attached. What is it and how can I get treated?I don't have diabetes or cholesterol issue. Total cholesterol was 149 last time.
