Close Femur Fracture right Leg
My elder brother age 32 have close femur fracture in right leg. He is CP permanent patient.We have immediately rush to the hospital and they admit it. After initial treatment the orthopedic doctor postponed the operation because of the chest infection with high fever 102 F. According to the chest doctor, the patient chest will not be cure because of septum is on his chest which he ate it after so many cough. please kindly suggest some advice as the patient is in very insane pain.

No need to rush for surgery until Patient is stable . If fever subsides go for surgery . Chances of fat embolism is more decision is up on operating surgeon
