Hello,
As I can see your main concern is regarding side effects of medicines.
First of all, we need to assess whether your anxiety is distressing to the degree that you are unable to carry on normal day to day functioning.
If yes, then you definitely need either medicines or relaxation and cognitive therapies.
If we talk about yoga and exercise, they can definitely be helpful but if the severity is more, you will have to take low dose medicines for sometime and once you improve, you can continue with yoga and exercises.
Next Steps
as you read about nexito forte on internet, since it is a combination of two medicines, one of them is escitalopram which has least side effects among all other SSRIs, second one is a sleep medicine which should not be taken for long continuously as it can be addictive.
it would be advised to take tablet Nexito plain and not forte. this tablet would not pose any serious side effect and would bring amazing and fast results.
Health Tips
you can consult a psychiatrist for medication adjustment and for therapies.
