Whenever I work out or go for a run and just after the workout, My ears get clogged and it feels like that there is water trapped in it and after 20-30 minutes of rest it turns to normal. it's really discomforting and irking. And when I speak I feel like my voice is revolving around my head. Is it normal? how do I get rid of this?

This type of symptoms can be seen in people having patulous eustachian tube and this needs some rehabilitation exercises and hence to Learn these exercises you need to visit an ent specialist doctor and seek proper help.
