Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am sexually active but currently have a Mirena. I have many large and sometimes hard bumps on the inside of my thighs and also I found a thick bump with no head feels like extra skin. On the underside of my clitoral hood. Found it while wiping to pee. And it hurts when I rub over it too hard.
