Large Black Bump or Lump

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have these round large blackish bumps on my body. They are round and hard. It starts off as a white head then after I burst them, days or weeks later, they turn into these large black, round bumps on my arm and back. I do not know what they are. Can you tell me? How do I get rid of them?
