Clicking Sound L5-S1 Joint - Whenever I Bend To My Left Side

Clicking sound L5-S1 joint

Whenever I bend to my left side laterally i.e. to my side not front or back, there is a clicking sound with comes from L5-S1 joint. it happens after every few minutes.
