Hi good morning, From your inputes what I can collect is that, you are having symptoms of buzzing and clicking sound when you cover your ear. Buzzing sound is quite a normal thing to happen when you cover the ears, and clicking sound can be due to jaw movements. However pain is quite unusual. But when you pop the ear forceful the pain that you feel in the ear is because of air pressure transmitted to the ear. Ear pain can also be due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Just try avoiding forceful ear poping, and take steam twice daily. If your concerns are still not answered, you can consult me for further guidance and treatment. Thanks.
