Click like Sound in left ear
From last few days I am hearing sound in left ear only it is sound like clicking. It's very irritating.
N also there is small bump on roof of mouth.
Please suggest.

Tinnitus caused by eustachian tube dysfunction. Maybe caused by previous cold or nasal obstruction.. Steam inhalation will help
