My cousin 8 yrs is having cleft lip and palate difficult to eat breath ,malposition tooth ,lip closure surgery done

Patient is going to require continuous follow-up and treatment by a group of dental specialists including oral surgeons and orthodontists . Patient may also require help from a speech therapist. Hence I would advice immediate consultation and followup by a team of cleft specialists.
