Clavical bone misalignment
Fell from scooty on 21st July. Clavical bone on shoulder protruding out (X ray attached). Now after 25 days, my shoulder movement has improved and pain has reduced, but the bump on shoulder doesnt seem to flatten completely. Should i refer physio or some specific exercise/treatment?

It's a grade III acromioclavicular joint dislocation which needs a surgery. As your pain has subsided and if you feel comfortable with your grip and weight lifting strength you can forget about it. The bump won't improve with physio, you need to get a surgery if you need a cosmetic improvement.
Next Steps
consult orthopaedic surgeon in person

The ligament holding the clavicle to shoulder girdle may be torn.  Please meet with an orthopedic doctor in person to evaluate you further
