I m claustrophobic.. This developed approx 3-4 years ago.. It has become serious concern Now. Also I am getting frequent panic attacks and highly negative thoughts which panic me more. Pls suggest what can be done and how it can be treated. I have stopped travelling in flights.. Lifts.. Etc. It has increased to an extent wherein I get panic even in open spaces n places due to my negative thoughts. Also sometimes I feel like suffocation n choking..
