Clarification on HRCT
Hello,
I just want to know about this report that belongs to me. Altough I've been informed it's normal but I doubt its post tb bronchiectasis. Plz confirm.
Also plz confirm if lung surgery will be good option to eliminate this as i cannot carry this for my entire life. It would be of great help if you can give me proper guidance and i can take decisions a accordingly.

Could be post TB bronchiectasis. Lung surgery itself has a lots of complications. And you have lesions in both the lungs.
