Clarification
Hi - I have some rashes on my penis and accumulation of sticky fluid under foreskin. I have to clean it everyday and apply coconut oil. The rashes came 3 months back and gradually subsided but not 100%. I'm worried that this maybe some form of cancer . Can you please advise
