My father is now diagnostic with CKD his pottasium lvl was increased 8 but after dialysis now it becomes normal and cretanine lvl was 7 after dialysis 6 Can this conditions is manageble by medecine only or we need to go through dialysis process if yes then how often Is this can be cured with homeopathic or Ayurvedic medecines

No generally dialysis starts when patient has gone to final stage and ntn more can be done , dialysis is only doing kidney function,3 dialysis is equal to 10% of kidney function I would recommend against going for other treatment as they make you worse and can lead to malnutrition and death
