Dr. Plz I want to know can ARBs reduce creatinine levels in body ...stage 4 kidney disease ??

I had 4.1 creatinine level
After 10 days of ARBs now it is 3.8
Is it possible or shall I recheck in different lab

In short term consumption, ARBs can infact cause increase in Creatinine, however, many studies have shown long term beneficial effects on kidney functions when on ARBs. Do follow your Nephrologist advice as creatinine is just a marker of Kidney Function and is affected by lot of factors just besides just kidney function.
