Circumcision & its healing. Honest help!

Hello, I had circumcision done on 10th April and now having itching from stiches and also feel the circumcision is probably not done properly and have some extra/left out skin popping out from the lower end of penis shaft where the stiches are done. 2ndly the remaining foreskin is coming ahead and covering 60-70% of the glan and also the stiches area, this worries me of getting pus. I have completed the 5 days of antibiotics course and now not taking any medicine or ointment. Though my Dr. asked me to wait till about 20-22nd April, and I am not doubting on his knowledge and experience, but I wish to take second opinion from the collegium of experienced dermatologists on this platform (in a healthy and positive way). Looking for sincere and honest help !
