Penis gland allergy after circumcision
I had gone through circumcision 13 days back and first neosporin caused the redness on the glands of penis and upper it a yellowish layer ...doctor told me to stop neosporin and use betadine but after using betadine i got small cuts on penis gland and burning sensation ...today at night the area around the gland got dry with betadine strain and when night erection occured it caused cuts and bleeding on the glands which stopped on its own  ...my doctor told me to stop all ointments ... but when i wash penis in saltwater it again become yellow liquid and after that it dries please tell what to do ?
