Cigarette Smoking Withdrawal
I gave up smoking smoking 3 days ago. I am having severe brain fogs and fatigue, through out the day. I have a busy work schedule also. I am trying to cope up by drinking black coffee and plain water. Should i discontinue black coffee and move to tea? Any other suggestion would be helpful to. Please note i do not want to start nicotine replacement therapy.

Put few 2 or 3 drops of melted ghee to nostrils by laying supine..daily twice before bath and before bed. Put generous amount of edible coconut oil over head half an hr. before bath. Take cold water bath to head. Have ghee/ butter in fresh hot home made food. Tea can be taken along with breakfast and evening..but no black coffee or black/ green tea.

Caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance. Drinking plain water would be the better choice of drink you could have. Since smoking is a habit you should look to distract your mind from the urges which mainly occurs when you concentrate on it, chewing gum, eating food, exercises and de-stress techniques(deep breathing, yoga) has been noted to help with curbing the urges and craving.
