Hello, if your taking antihistaminics and if its not working doctor will increase the dosage
. If high-dose nonsedating antihistamine therapy is not effective, switching to a different nonsedating antihistamine or adding a leukotriene antagonist to the antihistamine regimen may be considered. Consult dermatologist and discuss regarding. You must avoid urticaria triggering substances.
