Actually I am having sinusitis in the left. So I have done endoscopy and CT
CT result
Rhinosinusitis for bilateral.maxillary sinuses and bilateral nasal cavities
Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy
Endoscopy result
Left nasal cavity ::
Right side concha present
Middle meatus - discharge present
Finding : left dns with septal spur
Pls tell me what to do , dr is suggesting for operating?? Pls advise me
