Chronic Periapical granuloma (tooth 11)
Report of CBCT of my left maxilla:-> "Periapical lucency measuring approx 6.0 mm in diameter and extending to involve the adjacent tooth 12 is noted.the lucency has thin,corticated margins". kindly suggest me a non surgical procedure,which can cure it completely.
