Chronic Pelvic Pain Undiagnosed 4 Years.

Respected Doctors & Members on Practo, I'm writing here with great hope that someone might be able to guide.   My wife has been suffering from chronic pelvic pain for the past  4 years, and despite consulting many reputed doctors across India, we haven't been able 2 get a diagnosis or effective treatment. All her major test reports have normal: Pap smear – Normal, Ultrasounds/TVS – Only show minor inflammation No history of major surgeries or diagnosed conditions Her symptoms: Constant pelvic/lower abdominal pain (fluctuating intensity) Cannot wear tight clothes on the abdomen Pain increases after gynecological examinations Cannot stand for long or do any exertion Pain worsens when her lower abdomen is pressed. We are mentally and emotionally exhausted. Every consultation ends with more confusion and no clarity. If any doctor here specializes in chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction o if any patient has gone through a similar journey and found relief, please help us.
